DS Cam goes beta 3

A webcam for the DS








DS Cam which is a homebrew application that allows one to capture webcam snapshots from a webcam and stream them to the DS, now goes beta 3 .

• More autostart options added
• Blinks in taskbar when message received
• Logo added
• DS ping to detect disconnection

• Play familiar sound when receiving message
• Logo added
• Basic historic added

Press start on your DS to send a connection message to the server again



You must have .NET framework 2.0 installed on your computer for the server

Uses port TCP 9998/9999



Known limitations/bugs:


won't work if the main windows is minimized...

since I don't have a highend webcam, maybe it will fail if the resolution capture is too high...

text is buggy...

Needs sound too then I could stream live tv to my DS

it streams a few frames a second, nothing spectacular
