I read good things about this game in Siliconera.
If this doesn't get localized... it at least deseves a translation.

Well... I thing this game is of collect itens all over the world...
It's the story of Nora...the alchemist (random guess from what I see

)? Looks similar to Atelier Annie but more "involved" in moving the character around maybe.

It's definitely an Atelier game if you know that type of game.

Loosely translated from the story page of the official website:

The main character Nora travels to the titular Mist Forest to live and train as a Time Guide (????,????????). One of the tenets of the Time Guides is to train for three years in the outside world, working as a Time Guide. However other people may not learn of the actual nature of their work.?But Nora is mistaken for the legendary Witch of Mist Forest Veila(??????, thus earning their distrust. To clear these suspicions, Nora interacts with the townspeople and deepens her relationships with them.

So the main goal appears to be to train well as a Time Guide. Another goal is to learn the truth behind the Witch of Mist.

I've seen anti-AP code for this game already on 2ch, but outside of one unrepeatable instance of transition lockup, I haven't seen anything that could be AP on using the latest AKAIO or CycloDS.

Yeah, it's definitely Atelier, but with a time twist: you can use your time back/forward skills to create items or extract ingredients or stuff from them... or something, I don't know, I haven't played...
