DS #4708: Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing (USA)

    I'm not an expert in hacking or coding or anything but I was in one of those moods to just try something new, so I've just been poking around the files in this game using DSlazy and as usuall when you unpack a rom it creates a current.nds file, and a nds_info.txt I was poking in the text file and found this:-

    now I'm not a hacking or code expert at all, I'm a very basics kinda guy. This is also the first time I've looked at this file from unpacking a rom so if anyone could tell me if this sort of thing is normal or whether this is the area we (by we I mean the experts [​IMG]) should be looking at to permanently fix the apparent AP in this game (I don't mean this file in particular, but the areas the file specifies).

    I'm not going to flame you for trying, but you need to leave it to the "tech-sperts". I could have done that, but like you, would have no idea what any of it means. For that matter, did you unpack any other roms to do a comparison to see if it's normal stuff?

    I think everyone can rest assured that there would be a plethora of people "out there" trying to create a fix.

    When I tried to load this game on my M3Simply using YSMenu, it displayed an error... I never saw any other game making YSMenu ask me to restart the DS system.

    It is exactly what happens to me man, just change my flashcard is N5, fixs I tried but I did nothing!

    And in your first discovery I don't really know what that is but in you last 2 that is something not normal in you average ds game. It's very, very odd.
    I will unpack the game in about 5 minutes and see what I can find.
