This... Marvel UA2 was just bad... Hopefully this is better. I try the Wii Version with a friend on coop. Looked fun from what I saw..Thordrian said:Can't be that much worser than what Activision have done with most of the Marvel games.

Not the greatest, but decent enough quality.
The controls are responsive, the graphics look good and the gameplay, though fairly basic, works well.
Seems like it will be quite short though. The first level only took me a few minutes and there only seem to be about 8 such levels.
Story mode seems to be quite secondary in this. Multiplayer is where it's at.![]()
you know im really disappointed, the first time i heard something about this games, i were so excited, but when i saw the first screenshots my first thought was: WTF? This looks nothing like the Wii-Version, this looks like shit...serious...why do game developers fuck up such cool heroes everytimee?Guild McCommunist said:Seeing screens from this I thought it seemed pretty stupid, but hearing SSB-esque gameplay (with Marvel characters as well) makes it seem worthy of a try. Could this be the truest SSB clone on the DS? (since there's still some differences between Jump! and SSB).
Yup, once you check out the boss battles and the "Battle" mode, you'll see that it's pretty much SSB. You got small multi-platformed arena, several lives, pitfalls, power-ups, similar controls, special moves... it's pretty much Marvel SSB and it's actually quite fun in multiplayer. I can see myself play this for a while with my friends.![]()

Once you activate the special move, you sorta control it or power it up through touch screen.
