Wow! I see what you did there. You took the Imagine name and then humorously added a situation which was completely out of context with the general themes of the series. That's is truly fucking brilliant. Bravo sir for that hilarious jape.

You know, after all the Imagine releases, and by God there have been a lot, that joke is still as fresh and original as the first time it was typed. Really. I'm Serious. I actually now look forward to the next Imagine release, just so I can see the corpse of that same joke, dug up and retold.

So we can confirm that you haven't played this, and that therefore your opinion on whether it's any good or not is worthless. The Imagine series is targeted at young girls, which clearly isn't you.

Now I've pissed on most of the Imagine games in the past, because generally they aren't good, but I've always taken the time to at least try them first. I don't fall into the target demographic, but I take that into account when I try them just so that when friends ask me about games for their kids, I can give them an honest and partially informed opinion.

The "Seal of Quality" lost it's meaning years ago in the NES and SNES era. Back when Nintendo worked out that the revenue they received on cartridge games of low quality was just as good as the revenue received from AAA titles. More titles means more revenue, no matter how bad those titles are.

As for this game, it's a sequel to Imagine... Figure Skater. It's not that bad overall. Would certainly recommended it to parents of girls between 6 and 11, who like the rhythm style, trace the line mini-games.

You clearly don't remember the complete lack of meaning that symbol came to represent other than the publisher paid Nintendo for the rights to publish a NES title. Didn't matter what it was or how bad it was, pay the tithe and put it on the shelf with Big N's golden seal on the box.

I actually played the japanese version, which didn't have an imagine label. Who are you to judge what is a waste of time? Especially based on a name, of all things.
