Mexican-American. Not surprising, given his name is Cesar, which would instantly point to either Mexican/Hispanic, or Italian. And he's definitely not Italian.

That dog doesn't even look like it's clenching it's jaw on the ball, it just looks, wrong.
Incorrect angle for one, weird white edges on it's tounge for another.

Man, this guy ONLY trains dogs? In this market you can't afford NOT to diversify. I guess filling up a time slot on television to keep more crappy crime dramas and annoying, insulting "reality" shows off the air is good, though, even if it's only a boring dog training show. Also, is it my imagination, or does he frost his hair?

Ubisoft has always been cheap.

The only Ubsoft production that strikes awe on me for a few years now is Assassin's Creed (not Altair's Chronicles) and that's for PC, too bad Ubisoft is so lame and cheap for DS

While I have the "Ener-G" I can "Imagine..." that this probably cost Ubi slightly more to produce because of putting Cesar (and his "Petz") on the box and his voice in the game. I'm sure they tried to cut cost everywhere though.
