I have tried a few (J) mahjong titles and so many of them cram to much into one screen and have tiny tiles. This one doesn't look so bad, it might be worth it if the otaku/lonely salaryman stuff is optional.

Play mahjong to earn credits and buy bikinis and outfits for the ladies, on a tropical island.

The girls breasts obey their own physics, jiggling during talking (comple with oogle cam that pans from shin to a foot above the subject's head) and during tile pickup.

The girl flavours are loli, school girl (sailor), short haired sporty, spy with 'to-crotch' cleavage (and glasses), and attractive young housewife.
