Okay...tried it. Did all the training things and then did some exhibition play. It's a pretty poor game. The pitching is probably the only fun to be had. Everything is touch-screen play, which is cool, but as the above poster said, it's really hard to hit.

The pitching mechanics are fun, if not very simple. It's a combination of choosing what type of pitch you want to throw, where you want it to place within the batter's box, and then using the touch screen to lob it in. Fun.

The hitting and outfield play, though, are bleh. The mechanics don't work too well and they're just not that fun. The game is also very, very unattractive -- one of the ugliest-looking games on DS.

Oh well, Activision still has a better batting average (game-wise) on DS than EA, but this game's a bust.

This is a really good attempt at an all-touch screen baseball game on DS. Batting is hard, but everything else works as advertised. I'm quite impressed, but with release of MLB Power Pros 08 for DS, that for sure will be my main baseball fix on the DS.

This game SUHHHHCKS.
Seriously, how is this playable at all? You have to grind this game for two years to get a 1 out of 50 decent hit!
Probably another game without a QA team behind it.
