the screen are exactly the same as the japanese release...most of the game was in english ...

Poor Europe, Game was out in Japan 2 years ago while the US release with revamped and rebalanced modes (and crappy dubs) was released last november. It's been 3 months since and now they FINALLY get this

Oh btw, are the voices in Jap or English? I might have to download this if it doesnt have the English voices

It does not say iced up. It says Power up in japanese kanji/chinese :]

Its the best fighter on the DS (although the card powerups suck and make the game cheezy) along with Bleach 2nd but they're almost the same.

Can anybody confirm Japanese voices or is it the US dub in this release?
