I sure hope the hockey one will be decent. Last month, it became two full years since an NHL game released to a Nintendo platform anywhere in the world.

still waiting for dump of Backyard Hockey... it's the only one of the series that i'm excited for... as it'll be the only hockey available on DS.

Well if you liked those ones then you'll like this one but personally I fount it to be dreadful.

Stick to Madden.

I used to love the Backyard Games on the PC.

Now, it's gone to crap.
DS have a decent sports game? Ha!

I tried the BY basketball and was less than thrilled with the play.

I liked some of the BY games for the GBA, but have been unimpressed with the engined used for the DS.

Maybe this will be an improvement over basketball or maybe the Hockey game (as mentioned by The Claw) will give us something we have not had.

Actually I consider the 08 editions of both FIFA and Madden to be quite decent.
