Works great on the R4 DS. The game is English, but they speak in Japanese. I guess they did not want to change the Japanese voices.

They reviewed this game on X-Play 2nite. I wasn't impressed by wat I saw so I decided not to download it. Hell I was cracking up at the live action "Unemployed Ninja" spoof that they did. Funny shit

It's a nice game. It doesn't pretend to be anything else - I see it more as a throwback to the simple 8-bit days of dungeon crawling. It's a breath of fresh air from Castlevania, FF3 and Hotel Dusk (I've just recently acquired an R4, so I've just started playing these). It's fun to play in short bursts, and it helps that the character designs are appealing.

Although, in all honesty, the die-and-you-lose-everything bit sucks.

I agree I can easily tell if a game is worth playing in a short amount of time. This game has unimpressive 2d sprites and uninteresting gameplay. Id say the best release today is trioncube

I think with these basic dungeon crawler games, like most basic RPGs, you really gotta look for the story rather than all new gameplay.
In other words its for RPGers and dungeon crawler lovers who want a good story with a game thats already a tried and true playable game.

Oh and off topic, when did Xplay actually REVIEW games anyway? I mean ever since they were taken over by piece of crap G4 who stuffs the show with fake japanese crap and ADS O-o Like commercials arent enough. ;-;

Funny how they were ready to kill Rockstar for some stupid hot cofffe mod, but pron drawings are O-K.
I might just play the game just to see that in an E+10 game ;P

Though dang surprising that they have that kinda stuff on the website for crying out loud. Well the Japanese site, but still, who woulda guessed.

Though they did have suggestive lesbianism in the first Summon Night: Craft Night game xD
