Ever heard of reading? He asked in his post that you quoted to tell him how to take a picture through emulator.
Anyways, I'll tell you about No$Gba.
Get your save and the rom ready, convert your save if needed to NO$GBA format
http://www.shunyweb.info/convert.php
Put the converted save in No$Gba's BATTERY folder.
Open up the rom, put it in the No$Gba folder if it doesn't load the save up

Get to where you want to take a screen of.
Then because I am lazy I shall link a screenshot guide.
