I dont know how to jump with Goku's red spot.In Red Ribbon's Base I press UP + A But I couldn't be able to jump into tower.But i want to jump with red spot like this video

This kind of jump is possible only in certain spots that shows UP+A during story mode (like in the first stage). To be able to jump high at any time like in the video, you'll need an item which is found in Extra mode.
