Cool, I haven't used any of those very much, but I have a little experience (and yeah, Hawkeye is awesome). Do you remember if you fixed things so that numbers (and any symbols DQ9 uses) would work in all the textboxes? That's probably the biggest thing I can think of besides just generally getting all the translations done.
I did, but that was before the hdd failure and it seems I lost the updated code for it. I can either recreate it from my notes or I can just upload the source to the dll that is included and someone else can fix it. If I take too long, Ill do the latter. The dll was just there to fix it since they used a nonstandard encoding for the strings(the japanese version and the shop channel stuff use a standard encoding though>.

Need some help..... Can anyone tell me some numbers used to get a Grotto with Dolour in the name? I got one but I already used it and it does not work for quest 123. I beat the boss and the whole area besides my characters goes black. Here are the numbers I have.....102,9715. Just really need a dolour map.

cant download v0.6 removed file ...

I just want to tell everyone how completely stoked I am right now.

I play using NO$GBA and I usually make a backup copy of my .sav file every few hours, but lately i've been on a bender and haven't been doing that (i think we're all guilty of this at some point) for like 2 days.

I go to restart my computer and guess what . . . my .sav file won't open!!!! So I spent hours trying to figure out "how to repair and/or revert a file. I even tried editing the bad file with a hex-editor. FINALLY I came across this. Converted my NO$GBA file, opened it in the save editor, saved it, converted it back and viola!!! IT WORKED.

I literally would have lost about 20 hours of gameplay... So anyways, thanks for this guys!!

Hi, I realize this project is probably dead by now, but could anyone reupload the hairstyle face preview? Thanks.

Oh, before I forget ... it seems the JP save editors for:

Lufia - Curse of the Sinistrals ( http://www.asa-o.net/system/files/tools/es...polis_cheat.zip )
Final Fantasy XII - Revenant Wings ( http://www.asa-o.net/system/files/tools/ff...f12rw_cheat.zip )
Final Fantasy - The 4 Heroes of Light ( http://www.asa-o.net/system/files/tools/hi...sensi_cheat.zip )
Final Fantasy III ( http://www.asa-o.net/system/files/tools/ff...ff3ds_cheat.zip )

... are all ( mostly ) working with the US versions. Dunno if anyone is interested, but here they are anyway.

It's almost fully translated. It's a pretty nice translation and it's very usable if that's what you're asking.

As for the status, if it will ever be a 1.0 release who knows.

I've completed the translation.

Hopefully I didn't miss anything.

Thank you, it worked. I didn't notice any not-English words... yet.
EDIT: I did find a little mistake: when you made a change, and you exit without saving, it displays the next picture:
failq.jpg

But you did an amazing job fully translating this, thanks!

Even tough it is just a little mistake, it still is one!
I did what you said you did, and got this:

I don't think there is an actual problem, it probably just has something to do with different language settings in Windows, not a fault of yab or anybody else at all (except microsoft).

It is a minor bug, it was a Japanese font question mark instead of the regular one. If you don't have a Japanese font installed there will probably be problems with the map display too since it relies on using Japanese fonts (I don't think any of the Western fonts can display it properly so I just left it).

Thanks though.
