I don't even understand what you guys are talking about. I actually don't know what rifts are, and I just made it to Area 4.

Beat two enemies to make two blue dots to appear then hold X to make them form a S rift, then go to the rift and press A.

Cell is indeed on Area 3 as I have recruited him.
The androids 16 and 17 are also there

Yep after post storyline just do most side quests to unlock some of the characters so you can recruit them from the S rifts.

I've already got two blue dots in area 3, but I haven't even started wandering around Area 4 yet. Is that normal?

EDIT: Now I can't find it anymore. Maybe it's in a different area?

Yes, pretty sure that's a predetermined rift which are rifts you can open at the start of the area without fighting anyone.

It was there the last time I played, but they vanished now. I wonder why.

Anyway, I unsealed the destroyed Capsule Corp in Area 3, but now I don't know what I'm supposed to do there. Is that post-game stuff?

There's a sidequest there that you recruit future trunks from.

I don't see anyone there.... All that happened is Kid Trunks went "Is-is that Capsule Corp!?", and then nothing. I've been wandering around there for ages, and nothing happens.

Try holding down X near the building.

Advance to chapter 5 to unlock the quest.

Crap. I haven't even started wandering around Area 4. The newest thing I saw was Shenron granting some wish, and dispersing.

Each chapter has 3-4 main quests before you unlock the next chapter so I'm sure you'll have the game beat in no time.

Can I ask how you managed to pull that off? I'm trying to find a single specific music track from the game, but when I try to extract the .cpk file I have it always crashes attempting to pull the "movie" folder out, so it stops before I can reach what I'm looking for.
