Yes,anyone can edit anything.
If you don't know japanese, you can make sure every lines makes sense.

I used to watch the anime when I was 5 years old and I love this game so I am going to do a translation.

By the way, for the ones doing the translating, thank you. Some of us here actually appreciate what you're doing. This will be my first Dragon Ball game. And judging from all the comments in the release thread, I'm kind of hyped to play it. So any translating will help me(and others) get through the game easier.

Well, thats all the work I can put in today.
Got down to 376, which seems like the middle of the tutorial.
I also did the very bottom one (1515 i think) and that looks like instructions to a mini-game.

@Noitora: the file is awesome. It seems to have everything in it that would make the game playable.

Only on 376 out of 1500

I will try to do as much as I can but this might take a little bit of time to get done.

If somebody who can would come and like to localize anything that seems like "machine talk" please feel to do so.

I'll see how far I can get tomorrow!
