Hacking Downloading problems after running TikDevil

Nothing is downloading from Freeshop,Eshop,and CIAngle after I used tikDevil recently.The downloads get near completion (96%-99%) and they just fail. What should I do? Is something wrong with the tickets? Im on Luma CFW 11.3 N3DS. Any help would be appreciated!

That might work, but it doesn't explain why this issue occurred in the first place.
TIKDevil, FreeShop and CIAngel should all be using the same tickets (they're all from the same website)
And eShop is compatible with tickets from them all.
It sounds like the issue is something else.
