i just checked my internet speed

and my download speed is 0.21 mb/s and my upload speed it 0.60mb/s

i download things more than uploading
so is there any way to make it just the opposite ??

To the best of my knowledge, it's universal for residential broadband to have a faster download than upload. The only reason why it might show your download speed lower than it should be, would be if something is interfering with it (or just leaching it outright).

Check your speed again during off peak times (like really early in the morning or late at night), and also check to see if anybody is stealing your internet wirelessly (or if a family member is downloading something whilst you check).

Judging from your flags, you are both from India... Could it be that a certain ISP in your country has a cap to the maximum download speed to make it lower than upload?
