Mainly the things you can't share on here are copyrighted content. This is just a save game so it's not copyrighted.
A lot of the programs and files shared on this site are related to bypassing DRM if you think about it.

So what do I do now with the playerdata file in Checkpoint? Do I need to copy it on my sd card? How do I inject it in the Doom save?

So I figured it out.
On sd card in /switch/Checkpoint/saves, create the folders
0x010018900DD00000 DOOM
and
0x0100D4F00DD02000 DOOM 2
if not already there.
Inside of each folder, create another subfolder, the name doesn't matter, it's just the name of the backup to restore from.
Copy the playerdata files from the OP in each respective folder.
Make sure you have launched each game at least once previously.
Launch checkpoint
Select the correct user
Select DOOM and restore the save, you will see the name of the backup you entered above
Do the same for DOOM 2
Enjoy

UPDATE: Bethesda posted on Twiiter about the whole account login. They will be releasing updates for both games to get rid of it. If you guys manage to find the update NSP somewhere on the internet and install it, this thread will be useless. For those who don't update the game, both save datas are needed to play the game. No update is released yet so don't go searching now.
