I ordered my product when their site went down and they had the nerve to tell me that I didnt place an order after my account had been fully charged. I pestered them for 2 weeks straight and sent them multiple copies of my receipts and proofs of transaction.

Finally I just threatened to file a complaint with my bank/creditunion/ect. and they sent me product. All in all it was 3 weeks before it even shipped. To top that off I just recieved a letter a few days ago giving me my tacking number again (Even though I had received my package a while ago, I can only assume that they just now recovered the info from the crash and just sent out a lot of peoples products.)

I would never buy from them again, and I feel bad for the people who didnt get the response I did.

i ordered 2 r4+1GB combo & 1 gba sized 3 in 1

i do not know why they do not ship out the order promptly.

Just as many big company,they will be some good and bad comments at the same time.But i wish gameyeeeah will be take more steps to improve this shipping respond speed.

For their on service,i really appreciate their products information.,But one point their stock can not be very promptly supply,which i do not admire.i know thhis items are in hot sales(for example R4 ,ez 3 in 1...).but it should be state out more clearly whether they have it or not.I think this is gameyeeeach should improve it.

Just take a seperate side to think,they do not send out your order,and it always can be the items you ordered are out of stock.I think they will ship out your items if they have it.Image they are a big company,and keep your order not send out can not be their target,and it can not be a service which a great company act!


Hope gameyeeeah can wake for this comment in GBA Tamp!(i still look forward to their improvement in the near future)

I have had the absolute worst service for them but threatening to sue them was great, i got a free supercard mini sd with 2gb sd card claiming that i never got a package.

its really kinda sad that gameyeeeah doesn't appreciate their customers enough to even inform then when they're out of stock.

I'm sure many people wouldn't be as upset if they knew the order of their status. Ignoring customers just isn't going to solve the problem. Customers also should have to fire off 5 e-mails and wait days just to get a reply, if they even get a reply that is...

I understand that there server went down during the holiday season but its almost the end of January and this is just sad...

I hope other people who have used their service had better experiences then some of us here.

I've not ordered from them before (being as I do most of my business with Kick Gaming, which has not failed me yet anyway), but these constant complaints about GY will most likely deter me from dealing with them.

i ordered an r4 and flash V gba combo from there, and got the air mail package, at first they said there was an problem with my order, but after i re-emailed them the details it got here. So besides a little engrish mishap they were fine. It just takes a while. It's coming from like china or something, what do you want from them. one bowl rice only goes so far you know.

Why is getting a R4 such a pain in the ass?! I already canceled my order from dealExtreme, am I going to have to cancel from here too?

My order is still at arrange shipping. I thought it would have shipped out today. If it does not ship out within the next 3 days, I am canceling.

Hi Guys

Sure there was some delays over Christmas. I ordered 5 R4s on the 28th Dec and they did not get delivered until 9th Jan. Still pretty good with all the holidays and New Year.

Just had 6 r4 delivered yesterday with the order placed on the 15th Jan. All deliveries were with the DHL option (7 days from order to delivery).
Sure they are not the quickest in processing the order and the tracking number is a little slow being emailed out (3 days latter) but at the end of the day I have had no probles with them. Just be patient

I will still order from them.

For the Aussies in the Forum if you want your chips quick try Ozmodchips. You will pay a little more but chances are you will get your order within the week.

My DSTT has been on arrange shipping for 3 days, why can't they make a simple trip to the post office and drop it off, I dont get it. Are they that busy that they can't have one guy take a bunch of orders to the post office?

Maybe I can get my hopes up alittle bit, I ordered my DSTT on the night of the 18th but it was probably 11:30am for them because China is 13 hours ahead of New York time, so maybe tomarrow it might ship!

Just got one today from them, have yet to try it due to lack of having a Micro SD card ready. I'll update this later once I can.

I too am having issues with GY.

I ordered a R4+1GB card,2 EZ Flash 3 in1s and some Hori protectors on the 4th january.As the order went over $100 I had to pay for DHL shipping.

Still currently waiting for my stuff.It went ot arrange shipping the next day.

I have posted in their forum and apparently the EZ Flash are out of stock hence the delay.I don't mind waiting but better stock alerts or an email to inform people of delays would be good.

I also think that they should make the login more secure on their forum as after I posted my enquiry I saw that some had added a abusive signature to the "customer" profile.
Going back to check to see if they had replied it now transpires that my original message has been edited and replaced with racist abuse!

I had to wait 6 weeks for two R4DS cards from DealExtreme(Volumerate) and actually bought two Supercards from Chris at Supercard store(speedy delivery as well) as I needed them for Xmas.

I ordered a R4 off Dealextreme, but after 1 week, it did not ship. I read the forums and apparently a lot of people are still waiting for theirs who ordered way before me, which encouraged me to cancel my order there. They were good at refunding my money promptly. I'm keeping a little faith in Gameyeeeah, let's just see how long it takes for this sucker to get here. I already have a bunch of games ready to load on there.
