Donkey Kong Country Returns
Can't wait to play some Classic DK stylish game again.
I just got nostalgia'd with that music.
thats already a reason to buy the 3ds, now i only wish there was maui mallard on it too
E: oh its on the wii^^ too bad
Budget WiiWare release, I assume? You just can't charge premium prices for that kind of game in this day and age.
I loved how they introduced it with "you might recognise this music", I immediately knew it was going to be a new Donkey Kong Pretty cool, although there seem to be some small bugs in it, I hope they fix those (ie: he grabs a liane in the middle and all of a sudden he's hanging at the bottom of it...). Still, pretty cool.
The music made me remember playing Donkey Kong on my old (black-n-white) Gameboy.
I really hope they make a Donkey Kong game for the 3DS since you could see the barrels jumping out of the 3DS screen in that 3DS promo.
Looks awesome. Must get.
after rare went to Microsoft, DK went way down hill, I took to playing the original DKC games on snes again. All I can say regarding this is "Its about bloody time"
the dude on the first flying ships looks like the one from the old Crash Bandicoot PS games
but seems like another nice game for the Wii
Glad they finally are bringing out a new Country game, but I think the Wii is a bad platform for 2D platformers, no matter how good they are. (NSMB Wii is an exception, thanks to the 4Player mode)
I just love to play these games on the go, not in my couch. It's a shame I won't be able to fully enjoy this title because of that.
Hopefully they bring a Country game to the DS, else I'm just going to have to emulate them all
very slick. Looks good.
You underestimate the nostalgia and feelings of gamers everywhere.
DKC1 was one of my very first video games - next to The Lion King SNES, and I'd gladly pay $40 for a revival.
Donkey Kong Country was the first game I ever remember playing, can't wait for this.
I've yet to play a Donkey Kong Country game but this certainly makes me want to. Looks quite cool and if its as good as I've heard the first one is, it will be awsome!
I can't see them putting the DKC series as a Wiiware budget title. If they polish it and put in enough content it deserves a full title release. This is one I'll be getting (provided the reviews are good).
DK games have some of the most catchy soundtracks
Can't wait for this new DKC!!! Any confirmation yet on whether it's on Wiiware/Retail disk?
2D for life!
