Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

GBATemp won't let me upload the WAD. I need to upload it somewhere else.

The options are greyed out. "Use Lz77 Compression" is greyed out too. Edit: Fixed

I fixed the error (i didn't have a sample WAD) and made this!
