It would be best if you read a few documents before starting a translation, that's what I did.
Even though you don't think you're learning something new you actually are.
And also try hacking other games, experience plays a big role in rom hacking.

send what? the translation isnt even done. its not even close to 25%. how do i know? im just guessing. i mean, javad doesnt know japanese so he cant translate it but he does know some c++ or whatever skills but that still isnt enough to translate the game.

Translations are hard to do, not only because you have to translate word by word, but you also gotta find the pointers. That's probably why the game crashed since you entered more letters than the original text.

that's because you're using my table file.those /n are actually 0 just open the table with a text editor and remove it.
I don't think you will get anywhere after that either though.

ISn't it a bit rude to plainly ask for a free translation patch to your e-mail address without even looking at the progress? I mean, you never know how hard it is to hack and translate a game

Do something, and they'll send it to you, and by something, I mean help translate a chapter or two.

While I can't help in any way, at least I pay attention to what they're doing

It's easy. Just get an sjis table, load it up on windhex, open up your file, and there you go. Edit each text you see.
