I own a few cards, and that one is probably at the bottom of the list. I would firstly use the site sponsor nds-card.com instead, and would go for the r4i gold 3ds card instead. The one you link just doesn't work well. The advertised cheat function is either broken or unusable, over time it starts to freeze mid-game. The r4i gold 3ds is only a few bucks more but far superior.

i don't like using nds card for a few reasons. 1, ships from hong kong so it would take months for it to get to me. 2. reviews/customer service point towards them not being trustable. 3. outrageous prices. 4. shipping and micro sd card prices are insane.

I've received my items in about 2 weeks, 3 at most. I along with many others on the temp can assure they are legit. They charge about the same as everyone else, and if you are finding it substantially cheaper elsewhere it's probably fake. They have free shipping for everything I've ordered.
Plus you ignored my statement that the card you posted is just flat out unstable and fails quickly, and I've personally owned the card to tell you that.

i already have a 4gb micro sd that came with my 3ds (got a 64gb one for a9lh). also im confused whats the difference between gold and gold wood

I've got that card but using it on my A9LH 11.3. works fine no issues. I think i tested it on a stock one too.
