Hacking Question does the sonic forces gamecart come with the 3.0.0

i asked about this on the firmware list thread and no one replied thats why i made this thread
the switch i will get there,s a high chance of it being on a low firmware
it is not an used one but the person who is selling me it bought two switches last year and did not open this one. it might be on firmware 2.3.0 guys does the sonic forces car have the 3.0.0 update or do i need pokken tournament
