Hacking Does NDS-Card Charge Tax for Purchases?

Gonna be ordering a DSTT from nds-card soonish and as far through the process I could get without entering information was that shipping is $2 for normal shipping + tracking number.

Gift packages are not taxable on the US. I bought one and sent it to Japan and it did not charge me too.

Normally it won't but you maybe charged for Tax if you choose DHL or other express shipment and the site doesn't devalue the card.
