How do I inject the Sega CD Games? Sega CD Injections exist, but there is no tutorial or tool on how to inject them. Does anyone know how?

CIA binaries take a bit of time to load, compared to 3DSX binaries, at least with my 3DS. That's because every core is a different CIA that RetroArch has to install, so just imagine how slow and sometimes unstable it is to load cores when it just installs it to the HOME Menu and then launches it whilst remaining in the main app.

Yes but cia versions get full access to the 3ds hardware so get beter performance and 3dsx versions are stuck in userland so have poorer overall performance. Plus the speed of the cias loading are not really that bad on my original 3ds

That's because you had the cores installed to the HOME Menu, where it'll take up precious tiles. Having to wait for it to install and load is a slog. 3DSX files do have the vast majority of access to features to the 3DS like with CIA aside from a couple of features not needed for RetroArch to function. Like, who needs access to the internal storage just to play Driver 1 on the GBC?

Precious titles lol you have space for 300 titles which is more than enough. Even the devs of retroarch say performance is much better using cia instead of 3dsx. As cias have FULL acess to ram ect and 3dsx doesn't. But i will give up now as you clearly dont want to listen to me or the fact it says the same in the official retroarch thread or the devs of retroarch ect. Enjoy your poorer performing 3dsx versions :rofl2:

Software installed to the system has kernel access and access to more system resources. There is no load time for it to "install" the core. It's already installed. Do you think installing dlc for a game affects load times, game speed or overall performance? Its the same concept.

Thank you WeedZ for backing up what I said.

only ps5 updated to latest firmware can go on psn, jailbroken ones just don't use psn or they risk getting flagged or banned, altho spouting profanity in online play alredy does that
