Haven't had any experience with wud files im afraid. The second post down in this link could help you but you may have to source a wup version of the game.

Wud2app works fine . I linked to it for you in your other thread. If Wud2app doesn't work then either
A: Your .wud file is not a valid WUD image
or
B: You are using it incorrectly
or
C: One of your keys are incorrect
Are you providing it the game.key and common.key files? If you are already, make sure they are in hex format. This means you would create two empty files: common.key and game.key. Then open each file with a hex editor and paste in the appropriate keys for each. Then run the utility
The CLI usage is:

wud2app.exe common.key game.key game.wud

Edit: I Should also mention that Discu can do it as well. Usage is:

discu.exe disckey.bin game.wud c

disckey.bin is obviously the disc key, which again, needs to be in hex format. You also need to have a file called ckey.bin in the directory containing the WiiU common key in hex format. Don't forget the "c" at the end of the CLI command I posted for this utility, it's not a typo. Without it you end up with decrypted content that's not installable.
