Hardware Do you still need a splitter to live stream/capture video from a PSTV?

I just ordered a PSTV yesterday (along with a 128gb thumb drive) with the intention of streaming PSX games, but then I stumbled on a few posts about HDCP and how you had to "strip it" in order for a capture card (like the Elgato HD) to see it. Is that still the case today? And if so, is this still the splitter that everyone uses to do it?

Thanks in advance for the info!
