No moneys, so only one. Considering I'm careful with the systems I own, I'll surely make it last a while.

Might there be a time that I'll buy a second device, but It has to be a revision system with more bells and whistles that I'll leave unused, like NFC.

Also have 2, one is not hacked yet, the other is, both can go online (emunand), will probably buy two more because wife and younger son keeps stealing mine, and my eldest son's switches.

1. clean/legit switch
2. banned switch with neon yellow joycons- running ams
3. banned switch with trinket m0 running Lakka / ubuntu
4. some kids switch that I got off of ebay - running ams with emunand
5. spare switch

I have two. One for both hacking and online/normal stuff, with the sysnand on 7.0.1 (Which I will eventually use for Deja Vu), and an emummc on 8.1.0 with AMS that I use for both hacking and online. The other one is on 4.0.1, I mostly use it for playing around with pegaswitch

One for online play hackable but not touched and two with sx os for my two boys. I usually play on those. One was bought new and the others used at good prices.

I have two switch's. One for Nintendo and one for me. My second one is rammed full of roms and I can't overstate how much I love it. It's getting more use as an emulation machine than the non hacked Switch, my PS4 and my XB1.

I basically managed to find the base unit for £80. I switch (:D) my joycons between units depending on which I'm using and I switch (;D) units in the docks according to whether I want to play something on the TV or whether they just need charging.

Best of all worlds for me and I couldn't be happier.

I had to buy some extra's to get the modded unit up and running - a cable, a payload injector, a 128GB mem card etc. But the whole thing cost me about £120 in total.

Be aware though - you do need to get your head around it all. I'm still not quite sure what I'm doing but I'm VERY good at following instructions. I basically decided that I would take the £110 hit if it all went wrong and I bricked it. Having said that, if I break my Modded Switch now, I'd happily pay that to get another one up and running because I'm so in love with it.

And I say that as someone who was REALLY fucked off with Nintendo after getting burned buying a full price WiiU at launch and finding so little content on it.

The switch Mini is close to being announced and there rumors going around it might have better improvements than the original. so you may wanna wait

That was kind of my thought. If I’m going to be running android and other stuff on my switch. I’d prefer to have a second, but I probably would only buy a brand new revision.

I work with teenagers as a behavior technician. I have 2 Switches and 10 3DSes. I'll probably get a handful of Switch Lights as well after it comes out.
