not that its difficult to install i just dont know if it can be any simpler then magnethax you literally use a magnet to hack it (kinda) whats next Nintendo implementing a huge INSTALL LUMA button (i know they wont do that)

As far as I know, the only thing that would make installing luma easier, is if gm9 had access to the sd of a flashcard. (It's possible, but no one is gonna do it).

It's already a joke to do! We even have an app that automatically does everything for you and you only need to press 2 buttons and wait:P If it got easier though, it would have to be among the lines of no longer needing a flashcart, but extremely unlikely to ever happen...

The only things I can think of would be EOL arm9+arm11 kexploits and a new native primary exploit like soundhax for the latest firmware. (That is until Ninty pushes another update to patch them)

well i obviously missed something here . . . do you have a link?
Can't remember the name of the homebrew, but it's for systems on versions that allow access to arm9's code. You load it up from HBL, then press A twice for confirmation and does everything automatically (udsploit, etc.).

But it does requires you to move files onto the sd card.

Big whoop, what method doesn't? How else are the Luma files gonna get on the SD card?:P
Transferred from the flashcard’s sd card. Then it really would be a two button process. I don’t think anyone will work on that any time soon. (I’m not sure about the akrpg, as it has that 1G chip. It might automatically have support, or it might work entirely differently)

Whether it's the 3DS's or flashcart's SD card, it's still an SD card that needs files moved to, so that's not much difference...

In all honesty, it would be hilarious if someone released a game (indie or app) on eshop that came with an intentional exploit that works on 11.6 and comes with HBL and Luma auto installer just to see how Ninty would react:rofl2:

look back at browser hacks or udsploid they both booted safeb9sinstaller with ease the plan for most 3ds hackers is wait for nintendo to stop updating the system and then start looking for exploits

it was called ocs one click setup for 9.0-11.3

What do you mean by the "then start looking for exploits"? Literally all exploits (except perhaps 1-2 very minor ones) have been found by now, just haven't been released or worked on because there was no need to... Many of the people working on such exploits have said so too and how they also have exploits they've kept for themselves just in case among other things!

having it on the flashcard sd would be easier. That way you only had to move files to the sd card once. After that, they just get copied from one card to another. Normally you have to move files over for every 3ds that gets hacked.

Whoever does that would probably become a millionaire overnight. At least before nontendo shuts them down.

(someone find me an advanced 3ds hacking guide for dummies NOW)

In all seriousness, I do wonder if this would be possible. I develop games as a hobby, maybe I could somehow get a 3ds developer account(if that's what it's called), and throw it on the eshop.

You should not try that in the EULA there is probably something stating this is illegal(why wouldn't they), and pull you to court.

@The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
