Sorry that was hard reset, soft reset = Start+B+X

I believe Naruto GNT4 uses audio streaming so you won't get music unless you use the original disc or devolution (when it's released).

Thats a bit odd since I believe Starfox Assault uses audio streaming too and I was able to get that to play just fine with music and all

Version 3d with latest Dios Mios Booter doesn't work on Pikmin. The "Pikmin" audio at the Nintendo logo on start-up is bugged (first part is cut off) and when "start game" is selected it freezes. Probably a similar issue to Luigi's Mansion, as both were developed by Nintendo and released right at the start of the GameCube's life.

looks like whoever missed Pikmin will get there chance again with that update

Alright, I've got an issue,
I've updated to the most recent Dios Mios Wad (Uninstalled the old and reinstalled the new just fine) I'm running through the Dios Mios Loader and using No-Disk, Everything else in the options is still default. I must use the No-Disk patch or games will not load at all because my drive is damaged. I've tested everything I can from both SD and USB. The only game I can get to load and play is Luigi's Mansion. All of the games I have will load, but almost all of them have the locked controller issue. Luigi's Mansion works perfectly, Pokemon Colosseum crashes upon hitting start on the start screen (and occasionally before reaching the start screen) Pokemon XD, LoZ WindWaker, and Super Mario Sunshine all have locked controllers no matter what settings I change. All iso's are compressed, I haven't tried the decompressed iso's yet. (I hadn't tried because the compatibility list claims these games work with compressed iso's) assuming the decompressed iso's also fail, what would you suggest I do to fix the issue of the controller not working?

Sorry that was so long winded, I wanted to be sure I didn't leave out any important details. Any suggestions would be great.

I would try another controller if that's possible. Are you using an official nintendo gamecube controller or is it a 3rd party controller? I've heard of a few people having issues with the controllers locking up and not working but no one ever said if they were official or 3rd party controllers. Maybe that makes a difference or maybe not just a thought i had really.

I haven't tried update 3d yet but for update 3c all the games you mentioned work fine for me except Pokemon Xd because i do not have that one. All mine are in discEx format compressed.

It's an original controller, Luigi's mansion works fine for me, the others have a locked controller

In version 3d, Luigi's Mansion crashes as the Nintendo logo at the very start is fading out. It worked in 3c. Anyone else experiencing this?

Luigi's Mansion (NTSC) crashes at the Nintendo logo now for me as well, compressed using DiscEx. The PAL version works fine though, forcing NTSC 480p.

Edit: This was with update 3d, it seems to work just fine with update 4 now.

I am using Usb Loader GX. Everything is working fine exepting that I got a green bar at the bottom of my HDTV in mario sunshine and 480p. I dont have that problem in Dios mios booter !

How nice to have my question about multi-disc games ignored.

I don't know what you asked, but I believe I read in this thread that in-game disc change is not yet supported, but some games like Baten Kaitos promt you to save before chaging discs, so you can save, quit, and start the second disc.

all resident evils, both baten kaitos's all work u can save right before the disc change on all these games. Metal Gear Solid Twink Snakes and Tales of Symphony on the other hand does not work right now because it doesnt let u save before u change discs. I hope that helps a bit
