A newer wii already got boot2 v4. Guys, please stop updating boot2, its being worked hard on a proper solution so just wait a bit.Can installing boot2 v4 work if you have a newer Wii?
I'm not suggesting that people update boot2 (FIX94 even asked that you don't), but if you do so with Dop-Mii make sure to use v13 or below. The newer versions have been pretty unstable in my experience (although I'm not a huge fan of Dop-Mii in general) and you DEFINITELY don't want a boot2 update failing on you.
Well, pokemon colosseum is still a bit problematic. its a chore to get past the intro screen, everytime it freezes I have to get the saves map deleted on the SD card and delete almost anything DML related... and I was about to get to the start of the game but my dad stopped me by telling me to go to bed, which I should probably do now x3
but once I get there it works flawlessly. didnt save though, as I just played to test, and my memcard is full =.=
I don't know what the chances are of it crashing during a boot2 update (they may be the same as v13, idk). It's just that you shouldn't take chances when doing something that could lead to a full brick.I'm not suggesting that people update boot2 (FIX94 even asked that you don't), but if you do so with Dop-Mii make sure to use v13 or below.
