While I do think its fair to release his homebrew to donaters, its his code, he can do whatever he likes...

I did not know he had a fund available to donate, its not in any of his other homebrew, I don't crawl every homebrewers site, how was I supposed to know? Now I'm shutout because I didn't have the opportunity to donate? I donated to the Wii64/PSX fund!

Lol, didn´t know you were also reading this. Do you have any idea how Crediar managed to get the Wii into Gamecube mode with the USB ports not disabled?

That really isn't believable at all, because Crediar is smart. He knows that when its released to only specific people, it will be leaked. So if it is real, I am not sure what he is thinking.

Maybe he will hardcode some wii identifications into the program. Only the lucky recipients of the GC loader will be able to have access to the program. The program will only work on selected Wii's.

Exactly. Extremely weird! What would be really torture if he hardcodes each program individually with specific wii information and requires wiiconnect24 to be active. The program first checks not only the wii information for verification purposes, but checks to see if anyone has also used the same program. If more then two wii's use the same copy of the program, it denies both access. So much potential in a little scheme
