It's his server. He's free to do whatever he wants with it. Indeed, he might've reported the Google Code page, but that was because it actually was violating Google Code's rules.
We should just commend tueidj for his dedition on sticking with the rules. Why is he now hosting the files on his server then? His server is free from the rules Google Code has, and that's why he can host it there.
tueidj's moral values are his own alone, and if he wants to stop upholding them at his will, randomly, it's perfectly okay for him to do so, as he doesn't need to explain his actions to you.
tueidj and crediar are in no way competitors, and this has been debunked multiple times in this same thread.
tueidj has also explained in a detailed way why it was wrong for crediar to cash on DIOS-MIOS (GPL issues), so there's no need for further discussion in ANY way.
