ROM Hack DeSmuME save conversion to r4?

Sorry for making the new thread, but the only conversion threads I found were about the pokemon (j) to (u). Anyways, I'm playing pokemon soul silver, and I wanted to know if, or how, I can convert my desmume save to an .sav file for the r4? Also, if it is possible, which file should I convert, a 'ds1' 'dst' or 'dsv'?

Raw Save Format.

Then you can convert it to any format you need to with the online DS save converter
