so i just boughted a n3ds xl yesterday, and now it have the first issue... yay...

i am a9lh'izing it (of course by 3ds.guide) and i made 2 NAND backups, one in the moment i executed Decrypt9 and other on the 2.1 ctrtransfer. the thing is, one backup have 1.979.711.488 bytes and the other 1.954.545.664 bytes, and both doesn't look to be from the same console acording to https://github.com/Plailect/Guide_RedNAND/wiki/NAND-Size
just to know, its like one grab all data including empty space, one its wrong, or what?
and obviously the most important: which of these should i restore later?
update: i passed the verify NAND backup test in hourglass9 and says ok in both

One is most likely trimmed (nandmin), there's no advantage in using a full backup either
