Gaming Decrease the volume even more

Hi, I was wondering, since there's a plug-in to increase the normal volume of a PSP, then could there be one to decrease it even more?, if so please help me find it, thanks.

But for real, can't the plug-in be done? I'm really tired of blocking the speakers with my hands everytime there's a loud sound effect.

From what i know, i dont think so, which kinda blows cause the lowest sound volume on a PSP isnt that soft and the loudest isnt that loud.

There is a volume boost plugin which incrase the overall Sound of the PSP so i think it should be possible to do it the opposite way!

I would be very interested in a plugin that could lower the volume below 1.
