, Iv'e ordered over a dozen items from them separately and all came in no more than 3 weeks

... not sure if it has anything to do with living in New York though.

I think the SOONEST I have had anything I order from Hong Kong, was 2 weeks. But def if its been a month, then inquire as to where your stuff is.

I get mine in 2 weeks max no later all the time

I've ordered a few different items from them.
I seem to remember the quickest took just over 2 weeks, and the longest (cos they were waiting on supply) took about a month.
I live in New York. I think they are pretty reliable & as I recall were very helpful when I was enquiring about the delay.
