Hacking DDR Hottest Party 2 not working with Gamma booter?

All other backups have worked so far, but with DDR, it boots up, goes to load/create save file, then decides never to read the disc afterwards, resulting in a disc read error. Is it a bad burn or am I missing an IOS? I do not have any peripherals plugged in (no dance mat of any kind either).

Also, is there a way to check a disc on what IOS is in it? I'm not sure what program I would use. Any help appreciated!
