Thank you very much for the guide, but my buddy used to pirate on this switch, so isnt it just going to get banned as soon as i go online, or log in with my nintendo acc?

So I bought an account that was apparently stolen, the original owner made a chargeback and I was banned. I've spent a lot of time playing Pokemon games and would like to somehow transfer my save files to Switch 2 and I came up with an idea. I plan to modify my banned Switch and back up my save files (from physical copies), then transfer them to the unbanned modified Switch, and then transfer them to Switch 2 when it comes out. Do you guys think this is possible without getting banned on the second switch, and more importantly on switch 2?

Are the Pokemon game saves on the banned account?

Ah i understand now. I read a bit through the posting and i wouldnt feel comfortable using a Prodinfo twenty others have used already for god knows what. I might just get a modchip installed on my legit NS1 switch.

I have the same problem basically, have banned console with local account on it with all my saves and would like to move them somewhere, console is not modded so im thinking about modding it just to run homebrew and move or at least backup saves.

I read somewhere on reddit that its possible to use homebrew app called "Linkalho" to move account (with saves) from banned console to not banned one. Can someone test this app?
