Lv. 24 Staravia (very useful, learns Wing Attack early and I need him for Fly)

My primary Pokemon is a Level 28 Luxio (because of his Charge combined with Spark and Leer kicks the shit out of anyone, I haven't lost once).
My secondary is a Level 18 Monferno (I stopped using him after I got my first badge, because he is so damn ugly, I mean shit).
I don't really play around with the other ones, I just use that item that divides the experience and level up my weaker bastards.

I've got a turtwig as well and i'm up to the 4th or 5th badge (roundabout where you had to give the psyducks their Secret Potion), i was wondering if anyone out there would be kind enough to help me evolve my kadabra to an alakazam? my code's 2620 9073 8222.

Any ideas on a water pokemon? I was training a shellos but I realised it has the shittest stats ever (the only thing that's make it decent is its movepool)
