To me, this is the most relevant portion of this post. Team Cyclops has still yet to offer any word regarding when customers can expect support for their existing product. It's laughable that they make such a statement on their site when their own credibility has been tanking fast. I won't lie, though. I'm taking great joy in saying to the community at large, "I told you so."

It is from the site : 7.12.2010 We are currently moving the site to a new host. The forums should be available within 14 days.

I guess they do their best to restore everything.
