Helps correct some errors that may appear in the new 3ds if you turn on 3d mode. I already did some themes and I already received notification from some users informing that when activating the 3D screen function, a black line with a width of 1px appeared on the right side of the screen.

I see... well, for the top screen makes sense, guess Nintendo just told theme designers to stretch the border pixels of the images instead of making an image 1 pixel wider lol. Does the same happen with the left side? If that's the case making a 414x240 image should do it

I believe this problem appears because the dimensions of the old 3ds and the new 3ds are different. It should give some error in the framing process gives screen.
On screenshots with scrolling function I did not receive notications because all the themes I made used this type of screen I already applied this effect.

Honestly I can tell you 4 mistakes that Nintendo left in the theme system.

1. The appearance of white dots in the corners of the border textures. I already know how to fix this problem.
2. Why they did not take advantage of the big border to make the Small border.
3. Sizing error in the small border texture, the center icon is poorly positioned. The center icon is poorly positioned because it has a positioning error of 1px upwards. I already know how to fix this.
4. The same error mentioned in item 3 also appears on the large border. I already know how to fix this.

The error mentioned in items 3 and 4 appear because when Nintendo made available the custom themes system, the initial themes did not have custom textures. And the colored borders had a solid shadow at the bottom corner gives texture. This shadow appears on both the large size border and the small size border. After they have updated this system they have not bothered to correct the central icon placement problem in custom textures.

I'm redoing the tutorials that I made available on my blog. Because the methods I've taught in tutorials do not explain how to correct these errors.

I have already figured out how to fix the following errors.

• Error of white dots appearing in the corners of the borders.
• Error of positioning the center icon of the border.
• Error positioning icon or emblem in open folder texture.

So far I have not discovered any new mistakes.

I will also do a tutorial teaching how to create a bgm file with loop of infinite repetition. In other words, to put the music without finalization it will play direct and the user will not know where the music begins and ends.

Definitive tutorial on how to create border textures identical to official Nintendo themes.
Until next week I will do this tutorial in it I will teach how to make the basic effects found in a colored texture. The effects and methods explained can be applied to create any type of border texture whether it is colored or modeled. I will also explain how to make the texture small. The method covered in the tutorial were developed by me based on the knowledge I possess in Photoshop.

What will be covered in the tutorial.​

1. How to create large size textures.
2. How to create textures in small size.
3. How to make the background effects of the textures of the official Nintendo themes.
4. How to correct the appearance of white dots on the borders.
5. How to create textures with inflatable effect.

If you are have any questions leave a comment that I will add the explanation in the tutorial.
I'm just not going to explain how to use Photoshop features.

What kind of textures I will be able to create after reading this tutorial.
Here are some examples.



Remembering that I will only explain the basic fundamentals for you to be able to create a more advanced texture as in the examples below you should know how to do designer. The explanations given in the tutorial are also applied in the creation of these textures.



After completing this tutorial I will do the definitive tutorial on how to create the folder textures.

The explanations are available in the tutorial I made available on page 286. I'll put an extra topic in the definitive tutorial on how to create border textures. We extras I will teach to make 3 types of custom borders. I just hope this tutorial helps the users of the forum because I did not find tutorial of this nor in YouTube. The creation process I've developed is so simple that in less than 30 minutes you create an borda texture.

You just need to know the basics of Photoshop. Nintendo could provide a site for fans to be able to make their custom themes available free of charge. More is easier Mario stop on the PlayStation 4 than she perform this miracle
