ROM Hack Custom Megas online?

I saw a video of SciresM that shows a mega Giratina on a wifi battle and I really want to know how can I use it online. I did a mega Meloetta by Hans and pk3DS but I can't connect to internet.

Please help, is just to use it with some friends, not in serious battles.

Even if I only use them with people that I know but online?

You run a 99% chance of 1 to 2 week ban for cheating even if you connect to the game's server with a hacked ROM. Even if you added 1 hp to a pokemon; the ROM is hacked and you'll be banned for cheating.

No problem. Just do not do this online with any modified ROMs as if you're banned and do it again, it could be a permaban.
