Are we talking about a bug that didn't allow Triiforce to run at all in v18, or about how Triiforce couldn't return from EMU mode in many VC/WiiWare titles (i.e. Black Screen on exit)...or are both issues going to be fixed?

I'm talking about the bug that doesn't allow to load games. In my case trying to run a game through Triiforce with rev18 causes a black screen.

Thats why it says USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.... Why not just go back to the settings that did work then???? No harm done

OK, thanks for clearing that up.

Do you have any thoughts on why Triiforce can't return to the System Menu after running most VC/WiiWare?
Triiforce calls into the EMU with the launch title, but the EMU never returns so it can't disable it.
The current "fix" is to make the OS crash and re-boot by removing the /ticket/00000001/ directory on the EMU NAND (crude, but effective.)

Any chance of a cIOS "hook" command to force a System Menu reload?

error: could not get dir entry count! (result: -1)

I get this with Triiforce. AFAIK, this is either a problem with NAND path or an incompatibility with the HDD. The README says that the NAND emulation path has been improved. Do I have to change something or is it the problem that Waninkoko fixed? I'm a bit confused.

I know you're busy but unfortunately, our efforts to rename IOS58 WAD to IOS57 and use that as a base for Your Shape didn't succeed - install fine but black screen.

I'd just like to ask if is there any chance of making future revisions compatible with IOS58 base to support YS and future camera games?

Well... I don't know. Sadly IOS58 is not at nintendo servers so I don't want to include it as a selectable base.

Btw, I already fixed the SDHC bug (very ugly bug pretty hard to find).

You could add it as a hidden extra!! Wad installation only.

If you don't want to add IOS58 support, how about adding cam support whenever rev19 comes around (and I'm not expecting that's anytime soon)?

I hope it's called rev19, so it is possible for a loader to decide if sdhc is safe to use based on revision number.

None of the loaders work properly in sneek even the ones updated to r18, they all seem to lose connectivity to the USB drive when the game is launched and either code dump or drop you back to the HBC. If I figure anything else out I'll let you know.

I think the rule of thumb is if you don't know why you are updating, then do not do it.

i don't get rev18 with ios57 as base running some games through the loaders.(no sneek)
Mario Kart always gives black screen, while COD works...
so are the loaders not fixed properly, yet?
