I had the same issue with the game and they banned me from the PCSX2 discord for bringing this issue up to them! So it's not just me! I was hoping custom textures would be able to circumvent this issue somehow...

Katamari Demacy and Ratatoullie are coming along swell! For Ratatouille I want to take the portraits and maybe the food pictures and ACTUALLY put proper non blurred photos on top of them. If not I just know it'll be choppy. My Katamari Demacy pack is a game I'm doing again, but this time 100% everything will be dumped from the original.
Anyway, have fun these packs will hopefully be done in July. Kingdom Hearts Re Chain of Memories, whiplash, Buccaneer (not sure if I'll finish this one it's eh) and some other stuff have been started also! I also have another game this is being worked on don't forget but it's taking more time than I thought lol it is PS1 and a game I've worked on but couldn't not proceed with so maybe if you've been following me enough might know what it is
