I have installed the official 3.55 firmware and then the 3.55-kmeaw.
Now in system information it says only 3.55 not 3.55-kmeaw.
Everything is running fin (Backup, Homebrew, PKG), but a friend of mine have one that shows 3.55-kmeaw. And we installed the same PUP.
This is normal?

Mine doesn't say kmeaw either, but as long as it works, it doesn't really matter. Your friend must have downloaded a CFWM-edited package. CFWM is the name of a software which lets you customize and build your own homebrew.

Well, if you installed the exact same file then it's strange.
but as long as it's working fine it shouldn't matter.
Yes, everything is runnig fine. I have used the CFWM to make the PUPs. My PS3 came with an CFW, then i have changed the internal HDD to a bigger one (120 to 640). We made the same process on both consoles (when you upgrade HDD you have to install the firmware again). But everything is running fine, i think there is no problem. Thanks
