CTRNAND Error PLEASE HELP

So here's the deal: My console was reset while having slightly out of date CFW. The Luma stayed, obviously, but I never attempted to nor knew how to re-mod it. I DONT CARE ABOUT THAT.
A few weeks ago, I was an IDIOT and I removed all files off of the SD card. ALL OF THEM. Now when ever i turn on the 3ds it says:

An error has occured:
Unable to mount CTRNAND or load CTRNAND FIRM
Please use an external one.
Press any button to shutdown

I dont care about getting modding back rn, I just want to be able to turn on and use the console.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

First, download luma https://github.com/LumaTeam/Luma3DS/releases
and put the boot.firm on the root of the sd card. Does it boot with it?

People lose their SD cards one way or another all the time.

Re-Download luma putting the boot.firm in the root of the sd

to prevent that error without having a sd card use the GM9MegaScript and transfer luma to the ctrnand
