Creator of 2d Ocarina of Time project dies

Dampe, the man behind the Ocarina of Time 2d fan project has been killed in a car accident. There isn’t any other specific information on the accident right now, we only know of the unfortunate end.

GoNintendo’s hearts go out to Dampe’s family and friends. May Dampe’s project, hardwork, and online persona help him to live on in our minds for many, many years to come.

Wow, that sucks. There were several people working on a project like this, seeing as Daniel Barras was originally the first but was forced to quit.

but it means no disrespect to Dampé or his work.

This has to suck, a lot of people were looking forward to this too. RIP Dampe.
Also, at another forum I go to, they were not so upset about it. If I hear a single "Dampe's in the graveyard now" joke, I'll personally beat them with a stick.

as "mean" as it sounds, not many people were really interested in dampe's game, it was just being made in rpgmaker afterall, and most people have assumed he is TRM/danniel barras.. but really theres about a dozen people making their own OOT2D's
